If you are a student loan borrower, is it worth five dollars per month to support the organization that is fighting to protect your interests? Is it worth five dollars per month to support a class action litigation initiative seeking compensation for harm to student loan borrowers? Is it worth five dollars per month to help fund a lobbying intiative in Washington to reform our student loan industry?
If you are a parent of a student who has borrowed money through student loan programs to attend a college or university, is it worth five dollars per month to support an organization committed to protecting the interests of all student loan borrowers? Is it worth five dollars per month to know that there is an organization leading the fight to shift the priorities of the student loan industry from protecting big business to protecting student loan borrowers?
If you are a faculty member in a college or university, the fact that 65 to 80 percent of university-level students borrow money to attend classes suggests that you have a vested interest in the integrity of the student loan system. Is it worth five dollars per month to support an effort to ensure the continued viability of the student loan industry by shifting its highest priority from protecting big business to protecting the interests of student loan borrowers?

Our dedication to protecting the interests of student loan borrowers represents a long-term commitment by our organization. Student loan class action litigation is a core component of our immediate strategic plan. Class actions on this scale often require two or more years to complete, incurring ongoing legal expenses and costs throughout the pendency of the lawsuit. Beyond any initial litigation, protection of student loan borrower interests will require ongoing scrutiny and intervention at the federal legislative, administrative, and judicial levels. For that reason, we respectfully request that you provide your donation in the form of an automatic monthly deduction from your credit card or debit card account.
Please consider making your contribution in one of the following ways:
In automated monthly deductions from your major credit card in denominations of $5.00 per month or $10.00 per month; or
In lump-sum denominations of $20, $50, $100, or more.
Thank you for your contribution!
