The purpose of this Survival Guide is to provide student loan borrowers with information that will help them survive the harms inflicted by the student loan industry. Chapters in this book have been contributed and edited by student loan borrowers and student loan advocates (attorneys, law students, and paralegals). Chapter proposals will be reviewed by SLAVE staff, and authors of approved chapter topics can submit chapter drafts for editing and publication. Prospective contributors should submit a chapter proposal prior to spending substantial time drafting the written material. Submit your proposal as a "comment" and submit a draft for an approved chapter topic as a "child page." Your proposals and contributions are welcome!
