Very simple now that the Supreme Court has made its (stupid) ruling....obviously these folks are not in our situation. Here is the simple arguement - if the government will take from us unto disability and death then at least let those of us who can take whatever pension funds we have NOW and withdraw without penalties, taxes,etc. to pay back our student loans.....I for one can do that....I do not like it but if i can get the government off my mind and off my future I would do it. I could then invest in a retirement fund and not worry about the accumulated interest at my disabilaty or retirement....it is time for strong grass root response.....write all yopur representatives ( not in my opinion) but write anyways....this would be a win for us in the trenches.....jpdc
