The SLAVE strategy is to protect the interests of all student loan borrowers through the pursuit of class action litigation on behalf of a class of student loan borrower plaintiffs. The SLAVE legal department and General Counsel Office will not respond to inquiries requesting advice regarding individual student loan borrower circumstances, cases, or matters. If you believe you have been harmed as a student loan borrower and are interested in participating as a plaintiff class member in a class action lawsuit, please use the plaintiff class submission form.

Use the member revocation recommendation form to recommend that the membership of another SLAVE member be revoked due to harassing SLAVE members or otherwise violating our terms of use policies. SLAVE membership is limited to persons and organizations who support the SLAVE mission.
