Student Loan Relief Organization

I see this organization on the web and they claim they can help negotiate
your student loan and reduce collection fees. I wonder if this organization
is effective? They are asking me for $600.00 to negotiate on my 2 loans.
Is this comapny legitimate?Please share if you know anything about this
organization.(SLRO)

600 to negotiate what you can do for yourself indicates to me that they are parasites that are taking advantage of borrower frustration and desperation.
that's a lot of money and doesn't seem like help but further usury.
