Statute Of Limitations On Student Loans

Fact or fiction? Just read on a forum that the U.S. Supreme

I can't believe after 26 years I am still being stalked
by collectors. It is either their way or no way! Please post
and tell what harm you have suffered from mafia like
collectors regarding your student loan.(s)

Fact! Lockhart v. U.S.

Regarding the Supreme Court case, check out the Inside Higher Ed news article that provides an excellent overview of the issues in the Lockhart case.
