There is a publication by the National Consumer Law Center that has a
publication called "Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices" and is
considered the bible of very few lawyers who handle student loan cases.
Has anyone read or heard about it?

The National Consumer Law Center is a credible organization that provides legitimate support services (for a fee) to attorneys representing low-income consumers, including student loan borrowers. They have been around for a long time and they are on our "side of the fence." Their Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices manual is recognized in consumer law circles as a valuable reference.
